Christmas Morning, 2011

Can you believe this was the only picture I got of the kids together!!

I LOVE this kid!!  He makes me smile!  He loved his new sweater!!  And the beanie!

Anthony got his first guitar!  He took lessons in Hawaii, now he has one of his own!!  Now all he needs is..... more lessons!!

Anthony wasn't the only one who got a new guitar!!  Lance was pretty stoked that I would surprise him with a new guitar!!  Okay, so I didn't actually pick it out and it wasn't a surprise, but we made the kids think thats what happened!!

My Girl, Sierra!!  It was such a great day with our family.  The kids had a great time and the weather was absolutely beautiful!

Although, not in the picture, Nate got a Paper Jamz drum pad.  He loved it and the kids put on a little show for us.  Well, they tried to, anyway!!  I think they just ended up giggling the whole time!!

Anthony!

Uncle Chad!

Grandpa Dan! (aka, Mr. Harris)

Grammy & Auntie Misty!
Merry Christmas!

Christmas Eve at Temple Square

Christmas is my favorite time to visit Temple Square.

This was my favorite picture.  I love the star with the jet stream, like a shooting star!

Grandma May always spends Christmas Eve with our family and sleeps over to be there for Christmas morning.   It was great to have her with us.

I love my boys!!

The best part about going to the temple was to remind our family about the reason we celebrate Christmas.  What a beautiful nativity display.  Where can I get one of those?  Maybe not as big, but I love it!

Home for the Holidays!!

We returned back to Utah the day before Thanksgiving.  Just in time for the holidays.  Anthony jumped right back into Owl Chorale at school and was able to join them for the Christmas program.

Anthony and Miss Kate Boardman

Anthony LOVES singing and this was definitely worth coming home for.

In this song, the group was divided into two and Anthony happened to be on the side that didn't want snow for Christmas and wanted to be at the beach.  How appropriate was that!!

Oakwood Elementary Sing A Long.

Nate and Christopher had a blast decorating their gingerbread house.  CJ liked eating the red sugar candy more than anything!!

We invited Makayla to come over and hang out the the boys on Christmas Eve day.  She wanted to make cookies!!

I love this picture!!  These 2 have always been good friends!!

CJ and Preston actually playing nice with each other.  I'm sure it didn't last too long!!

Family Golfing!!  After Anthony's baptism, we took the boys golfing.  It was so great!  The kids LOVED it!!

Loved riding in the cart!!

And takes it pretty serious!!

Nate always has a smile for the camera!!

Checking out the line!

And CJ will show Nate how its done!!  We had a great day!  Couldn't have been any better!!  One of my favorite things to do, and getting to do it on a beautiful day with my family made it even better!!

Anthony's Baptism

November 11, 2011
Anthony's Baptism at the Hanalei Branch in Hanalei, Kauai.

Anthony was so excited and had been waiting for months for his baptism.  What a perfect day for a baptism.  When we first told the kids we were moving back to Utah, Anthony decided he wanted to get baptized there.  But after a couple weeks, we all thought it would be so cool for him to get baptized in Hanalei.  He was glad that he changed his mind.  It was so perfect.  Very intimate, but very special.  He has a great memory of his baptism and even better, felt the power of the Holy Ghost.
This is a picture of Lance putting the plug in the font.  No, he did not get dunked in the ocean.  But that would have been pretty cool!

Our family photo shoot at Anini Beach!

Anthony 8, Nate 5, Christopher 3

We wanted to get pictures before we left the beautiful island of Kauai.  We spent a lot of time at Anini Beach.

We had a great time doing pictures.  The boys did awesome and had plenty of smiles and charm.

This turned out to be a favorite!!!  We attempted and "XOXO" idea.  But we all ended up loving this one!!

Nothing like showing how life really was being here by enjoying an impromptu plunge!!  Grateful they waited until we were finished before they did this!!
